PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT
u Respect team mates and opponents.
u Never ridicule mistakes or losses by others.
u Bullying, physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated.
u Edina Hibs Coaches are volunteers who give up their valuable time to coach your child – good behaviour is encouraged during your child’s time with Edina Hibs.
u Respect the wishes and instructions of Edina Hibs Coaches.
The good name of Edina Hibs is essential as we continue to build the club for future generations to enjoy playing the game.
PARENT AND SUPPORTER CODE OF CONDUCT
u Encourage the child to enjoy the game.
u Participation and enjoyment is more important than winning.
u Never ridicule mistakes or losses – provide support rather then negative comments.
u Parents & Supporters should lead by example – physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated and you could be also breaking the law.
u Raise personal concerns about Parent & Supporter behaviour with Edina Hibs Coaches or Club Officials in private.
u Edina Hibs Coaches are volunteers who give up their valuable time to coach your child – let them coach the kids only.
u Respect the wishes and instructions of Edina Hibs Coaches.
