About the Club

Edina Hibs are a youth football club located in East Edinburgh and the main aim of the club is to provide a safe, fun environment for boys and girls of all ages to play football and love the game.

The club was originally founded at the Jewel Miners Welfare Club in 1965 and currently we use the modern facilities at Jack Kane Centre and Castlebrae Community High School.

Edina Hibs have been active in the local community for over 50 years and thousands of children have played at the club during this time.

We are a non-elitist, diverse and fully inclusive club who`s main aim is to provide affordable quality coaching and team participation, this is backed up by our accredication with SFA Bronze Quality Mark

Edina Hibs 2012s

Edina Hibs 2012s are split into 2 teams Greens and Whites currently playing 7s on Sunday mornings.

Greens play Iniesta level and Whites play Zidane  level.

Training is on Mondays 6pm till 7.30 pm at Castlebrae (term time) / Thursday 6pm till 7pm at Jack Kane Centre.

Edina Hibs 2014s

Edina Hibs 2014s are currently playing 7 a side football on Sunday mornings at Iniesta and Beckham levels.

Training is every Monday and Wednesday 6 till 7.30 at the Jack Kane Centre.

Edina Hibs Girls

Edina Hibs Girls train every Monday at the Jack Kane Centre and Thursday 6pm till 7.30 at Castlebrae High School.

Girls play in SWFA competitions at 7s and 9s on Sunday mornings.

Edina Hibs u15s 2009s

Edina Hibs u15s (2009s) train on Tuesday's and Thursday's 6.00-7.30pm at the Jack Kane Sports Centre.

The team are currently playing Division 3  in the SERYFA 11-a-side football league on Sunday mornings.

Edina Hibs u16s 2008s

Edina Hibs under16s (2008s) currently play Divison 3 11 aside football on Sunday mornings.

Training is at Jack Kane Centre on Tuesdays 6pm till 7.30pm / Fridays at Jack Kane Centre 6pm till 7.30pm.

Edina Hibs under 14s 2010s

Edina Hibs under 14s (2010`s) are playing Division 3, 11 a side football on Sunday Mornings.

Training is every Monday and Wednesday 6pm till 7.30 at the Jack Kane Centre.
